The 1st & Ten Club of Alabama helps University of Alabama student athletes prepare for and transition to post-athletic careers.

The organization, founded under legendary coach Paul "Bear" Bryant, is made up of about 125 former athletes, alumni and friends of the University who are committed to increasing awareness among the student athletes of potential career opportunities. 

A large part of our efforts are geared toward educating athletes prior to their departure from the Capstone. We provide athletes the opportunity to learn about different career fields and talk with professionals who work in those areas, including former University of Alabama athletes.
